Aarden Press, LLC. Return & Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for all products if there is a defect or it is damaged in transit. Additionally, we will exchange unworn apparel if the size is incorrect. However, we do not issue refunds on any product except in the event of credit card fraud.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or offer any warranty.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you have lost your receipt, it can be acquired in your account page at aardenpress.com/my-account.
In the event of credit card fraud, two events must occur:
- Fraud must be confirmed by your card issuer.
- You must return the errant products unless they were shipped to an address other than your own.
- If shipped to an address other than your own, a refund will be the responsibility of your card issuer and will not be processed by Aarden Press, LLC.
Late or missing items
If your product has not arrived after the stated maximum time, please, log in to your account and check your tracking information. If the package service has marked your item as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping company before contacting us. If the shipping company determines that your product was stolen or lost, we will issue an immediate replacement at no additional charge. We do not issue replacements if the shipping company determines your package was received.
If you selected a shipping method that does not include a tracking service, we will not issue returns or refund
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and only with the item you ordered. If that item is no longer available, you will be issued store credit in the same amount of the original item.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. Gift certificates may only be mailed to the original shipping address.
In the event of an authorized return for exchange, we will provide you with a return address.
If the item was defective, we will provide a pre-paid return label. If the item was damaged in transit, we will not cover the return cost as you may acquire such reimbursement from the shipping provider.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping item(s) over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
